	3/3/10	3	1	1	1	1	If you want to speak with your attorney this is NOT the guy for you. He's at a closing or a contract signing (thats what the receptionist always say) and not cheap either. Doesnt return your phone calls in a timely manner and expects full payment even if your real estate deal doesnt go to closing.
