My experience with Mr. Gardner was one of the most negative in my entire life. We dwell in a small community and he thus communicated and affiliated with the plaintiff in my case. This was because the plaintiff was his banker. This lawyer discriminated against me because of my economic status, because I nor any member of my family belongs to the upper echelon society of the town, and because I would not sacrifice my own rights in the case. I was told that my concerns were "crap" beside the concerns of a banker, particularly his banker. He called and left threatening voice messages on my answering machine after he was fired, indicated that he would make sure I would "drown alone" in court. He took hundreds of dollars as a downpayment for services he never completed. He was inefficient, unkind, unknowledgeable about the subject matter and rude to members of my family. The plaintiff and oppossing lawyer were guilty of extortion which Mr. Gardner failed to report to the bar.
