Often cut and pasted my emails into legal documents and lawyer to lawyer correspondence without even editing verb tense or personal pronouns. Often would not respond to my requests in a timely manner, or at all. Never sent me copies of correspondence, even after requested. Had to be prodded to take action at almost every step of the way.
