If you are looking for legal support, Diane Panos of Panos & Associates will guide you through the process, step by step. They are very knowledgeable! Just had this firm do a Post Decree issue for me and I was very impressed with the aggressiveness in the court room as well as the compassion that the office and the attorneys had for me. I wish I would have checked out this firm before my Divorce in 2013. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Ms. Pianos started out interested in my case but lost interest when my ex hired a killer-lawyer. She seemed more interested in promoting herself than resolving my case. She doesn’t return calls. She blows through your retainer as fast as possible and then charges as much as she can for mediocre services. I would never recommend her for divorce or post decree cases.

I don’t do testimonies, but feel compelled to because I’ve read negative statements about Diane Panos and Associates. When my marriage failed, one Firm said I had no chance to be custodial parent due to my wife being a stay home Mom and that’s who the kids are used to seeing, that’s just how it is. I contacted Diane Panos, she said that’s absurd and had me come in for consult. I filed for divorce 2 weeks later. Diane and her staff were very helpful, kept me updated and returned calls within 24 hours. Their knowledge of Law is unquestionable. My wife retained a store-front Lawyer dragging it out for 2 years. At the courthouse, I saw Lawyers discussing cases and when “They” needed advice they went to Diane. Other Lawyers tried to talk over Diane and she shut them down still maintaining her professionalism. She isn’t just sought out by other Lawyers…she’s respected by them. I won and was awarded sole custody due to her professionalism. I’m thankful to have Diane and her team on my side.

I was thrilled with the outcome of my case. All the staff at Panos & Associates are courteous and helpful. My attorney, Diane Panos, was phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable and fought for what was most important to me. I would highly recommend this firm.

Dealing with this firm is a nightmare. They pump you up and once you've paid your retainer it's all downhill. It took forever to get phone calls/emails returned, if at all. Nothing was ever accomplished. Unprepared in court. After a year and a half, and LOTS of money, had to switch attorneys. Unless you have a lot of time and money to blow, STAY AWAY.

Diane Panos will get off to a great start if she thinks you have an unlimited amount to spend. Once she realizes you do not, you will be passed to an associate. Little advice was given; NO strategies were given; NO law was cited. Bills will mount even though they are not providing help. RUN!

Take heed to my words, Diane Panos is not the attorney for you. You will never here from her directly, you will only here from her staff who is completely oblivious when it comes to the law. Diane will charge you atronomical fees when you communicate with her and unfortunately her "work" will amount to nothing. She is a very pompous attorney who will act like she has your case complete but in reality will have no desire to help you. Take heed, look elsewhere for an attorney as you will regret hiring her.

Diane Panos was absolutly excellent. She was very efficient and gave great advice. Thanks to her, my life was put together again. I owe the world to her and her staff. Dianes staff was also very nice and helpful. They took care of all my needs right away. I have reccomended her to several of my friends.

NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. In a 10 month period I placed 57 calls to her office to get questions answered. I rec'd a total of 7 returned calls from her office and 3 of those calls were all on the same day. I was given bad advice and told not to get a job as I was going thru a divorce. I was told to borrow money from my family to pay my daily living expenses & that my ex-husband would have to pay back all this money & my attorneys fees. This did not happen. I am now left with in excess of $20,000 in attorney's fees and a debt of $7000 to my family that I have no way of repaying. I spoke to her finance dept to see if I could possibly get the bill lowered I was told "We are in the business to make money. You shouldn't have made the debt if you had no way to re-pay it." Diane Panos knew going into this agreement that I had no means of paying this debt. I called several times to get an appt to speak to her to see if we could compromise on the bill and again SHE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS.
