Because of Mr. Castaneda, Jr. I lost my case. I say this because, He failed to represent me as a GOOD lawyer should that is being paid and trusted with a case that is life changing. I went through a divorce (a very long and nasty one) and in the end was SCREWED over and the ex won EVERYTHING that was asked for .. all because he failed to say one word in court or speak on my behalf to fight for me and help me win my case. He did not council me and direct me in the steps to take to help me win my divorce .. instead he gave me all the wrong advice. I have since been in the fight of my life for my kids and to refight the case he so horribly ruined and to defend myself against all the rulings that were made .. I am thousands and thousands of dollars in debt because of this and wish I had NEVER hired Mr. Castaneda, Jr. as my lawyer. I can honestly say he has played a major part in why my life is a living nightmare today. PLEASE do not waste your money on him.
