Crook, thief, just a flat out bum. Doesn't even shower and shave everyday. Buyer beware. Would of done better by myself and saved $45,000 in fees. Ended up costing me over $100K. OUCH

It is very important to have faith and trust when you hire an attorney. I have sent 2 people to Mr. Miller and everytime he did an OUTSTANDING job. You get what you pay for and Mr. Miller is worth everything. He always acts in his clients best interest. I will continue to sent people to Mr. Miller....I have know Mr. Miller since 2006. I was very, very lucky to find him and have him represent me. Not sure if my ex would feel the same way.

I was referred to Michael Miller in 2017 for a pretty scary situation that happened with my ex/child’s father.
I was extremely nervous and shocked that this was happening to us, but Mr. Miller made me feel calm right away. He is honest, trustworthy, and seeks the best solution for his clients. Mr. Miller constantly reminded me of what would be in the best interest of my child. He helped me see the bigger picture and explained each step of the legal process in a way that I could understand.
Mr. Miller answered every single question I had at any time of the day, he was very responsive, and I felt like I was his only client. We were able to settle out of court and come to an agreement with my child’s father and his attorney for our daughter’s best interest. I 100% believe he was worth every penny, without Mr. Miller I would not be in the position I am in today.
My child and I are eternally grateful for his service and I hereby recommend Ms. Miller without reservation.

Mike was my divorce lawyer in a recently completed acrimonious divorce. I'm a corporate attorney. Mike came highly recommended to me by a person who owned an executive search firm. Mike not only achieved the best possible legal and financial outcome for me, but he did it in a very professional way. He even mixed in some much needed levity in an otherwise unpleasant situation. In addition to his high quality work and advice, his responsiveness was the best I've ever seen, and I have worked with hundreds of attorneys around the World in my career. Mike is very fair in his billing, and does not overbill, or churn in any way. Mike's paralegal, Karla, was also great to work with. I truly felt part of an excellent team. I couldn't recommend Mike more highly.

I have been tangled in a contentious custody case for a long time, and got Mike Miller's recommendation from another lawyer in town. It's hard to explain how grateful I am for his hard work on my case. Not only has he been extremely responsive whenever I've reached out to him with questions, but his experience pays off in the sound and realistic advice that he's offered me. I also don't know what to make of the negative reviews of him here. Divorce and custody cases are really tough to handle and it's hard to make everyone happy. I don't expect a lawyer to be a magician and fix everything, but I do expect him to know what to expect, be punctual, be responsive, be prepared for court hearings, and to help me make the best possible impression on the judges who make these decisions. Mike worked really hard to do all of that.

I was given Mr. Millers information from a friend and asked him to represent me in my divorce. When I asked him what the cost would be he told me and that was it with the exception of my contacting him to vent my frustration with the situation with my NOW ex. Michael took the time and listened and even suggested advice which was great and actually HELPED in ending the divorce case early! I cannot thank this man enough, he has helped me retake my life back and represented me fairly and promptly which has not only saved my business from the clutches of my ex but also saved me thousands of dollars. When we did go to court Michael was prompt and on time, well dressed (Like a lawyer should be in court not disheveled or messy like I have seen other lawyers) and calm. He helped me keep my cool and looking back even distracted me while my ex and family were burning holes in my head. I cannot say enough about this guy and how much he has done for me. I was referred to Mr Miller by a friend who had used him for help with her divorce. I paid for a consultation and he helped me understand how the final process worked, since I was submitting a consent decree. He also told me not to hire him, since it wouldn't make sense financially for me, even though my soon to be ex-husband would most likely be responsible for the lawyer fees. I was also able to email Mr Miller and ask a couple questions before I submitted my papers. So, I'd say I was lucky, as he was honest in his assessment of my case and gave me enough help in that consultation to get through this. Two thumbs up ++

worst lawyer ever. so full of lies.makes promises and doesn't follow through.told me this case was easy and its been a nightmare. keeps charging me money for nothing. I have done all the work. He cant remember what he said he was going to do the day before.Ive had to resend emails over and over again and then he chages me to re read them. I was refered by another lawyer. Mr. Miller is a total fraud. Costing me money for no results rolling over so I get nothing. Rude and unprofessional.Now Im looking for another lawyer in the middle of a extremely difficult divorce. Mike Miller has caused me more stress than my soon to be ex husband and that's pretty hard to do. DO NOT RETAIN MIKE MILLER, HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANYTHING....

Mr. Miller took over my custody case after I had a horrible experience with a truly incompetent attorney.In addition to correcting many errors made by the 1st attorney,Mr Milller was able to accomplish exactly what I wanted from day 1. Michael is the stereotypical divorce attorney, all talk no action, he missed dates on my case that cost me over $150-200,000, he delegated everything but the bravado, did not miss a chance to charge a fee, ran up the bill, was inept in negotiation with my ex wife's attorney, he mis managed my case in court to the point that i took over and ended up speaking with the judge, we had a deal in place prior to going to court that he refused to write up prior to going to court, it was a weekend after all ...
In my humble opinion, if you need an attorney to represent you do NOT use mr Miller

I have used Mike Miller's services twice now in my divorce and later in child support modification. He has always been very honest with me and got me the results that I wanted. I was especially pleased at his availability in answering my phone calls and emails very quickly. I never had to wait more than a few hours to receive a return call or email. I will gladly continue to refer my friends and family to him.

This guy should not only be ashamed of himself but he should also be flat out disbarred. He lost a divorce case to a complete incompetent, uneducated abusive father with no representation. That s a fact, indisputable. Furthermore he displays no interest in genuinely helping and representing his clients. He is 100% in it for making money. He does not practice law the way it should be. I feel bad for all other attorneys, it s sneak oils salesmen like Mike Miller that gives a bad name to the profession. I would rate him a zero but it s not an option.

Wow a simple divorce case he did not work at all on yet charged me $36,000.00. I had a prenup and I still got raked over the coals. He keep saying "this is a easy case, don't worry about it" well he was wrong all my concerns about his "work" were right. I went in VERY concerned one day and all he wanted to talk about was how he just got back form the Superbowl. Do not use his services.
