I hired Richard to help me with my divorce settlement. My ex had been hiding money and it was a very difficult situation. I was extremely impressed by how Richard went to bat for me. He was relentless in pursuing justice. He won all our motions in court - even something that my previous attorney said couldn't be done. I hope I don't need a lawyer again but if I do, I would definitely hire Richard again!

We found that he Lacks communication & sensitivity & can be abrasive at times. We found it necessary to replace him . End results was quite positive in our outcome of our case with another Attorney. !!

Richard Paris was referred to me by a mutual friend. my case was borderline at best. I couldn't afford a retainer or fee's but he took my case on a contingency basis anyway. He undoubtedly spent countless hours of his time working on a case that we had very little chance of winning. Richard Paris has a tremendous work ethic. A more knowledgeable and honest attorney you will not find

Richard Paris is skilled and experienced. His guidance turned a nightmare into a livable situation.
My former employer had me get credit accounts for the company using my personal information, stating I was only a contact person, and that the company was entirely responsible for the debt
I believed them; I got them over twenty company credit card and loan accounts. When they stopped paying the bills and the collection calls started coming to me, personally, the total with late fees and interest was over $300,000.00.
After getting a paycheck that was returned NSF, I stopped going to the office because I could not afford gas without being paid.
At this point I had no job and no idea what to do; I was nearly sick with worry and could not get any answers. Other attorneys offered suggestions, but were not willing to get involved.
Mr. Paris responded with kindness and respect. His suggestions have guided us well during a very difficult time of our lives.

Richard Paris has been my attorney for over 8 years. He was referred to me by a friend when I needed a lawyer to handle my divorce. He was able to negotiate a settlement with my ex-husband that was very favorable and I was pleased with the outcome. Then last year, Richard helped me again when I was involved in a dispute with my homeowners association and that also turned out well. What I appreciate about Richard is that he is very intelligent and easy to talk to. He always made sure I understood what was going on and was patient in answering my questions.

I used Richard as a mediator during a divorce, which was unsuccessful. My subsequent attorney discovered a mistake in a stipulation that Richard wrote that had cost me thousands of dollars. When brought to Richard's attention, he stalled, then said he would like to discuss a settlement, then said he didn't, then said that per our agreement we had to mediate. Since then he has stonewalled, ignoring communication, claiming wedding, illness, travel, hiring an attorney that won't return calls, etc., stretching this out for 2 years, and essentially forcing a law suit against his own agreement to mediate - and Richard is a mediator himself.
