Alyson over-charged from length of phone conversations to long-winded emails she wrote. She dropped me as a client when I asked clarifying questions because she says I wasn't "following her advice". Don't get your hopes up with her...

all talk..no results. She was a huge disappointment and overcharged me on top of not getting any results for me.

I engaged Alyson several years ago - She came in with strong statements of support - I had it when she charged me for taking a phone message off her answering machine to call me back - I was trying to get a hold of her to ensure her office filed court documents on time - she missed filing deadlines resulting in $ from me without results and having to change my lawyer. Unprofessional follow through, poor value, lots of unnecessary costs without results, lost time and traction and unnecessary duress at a time of needing support and quality representation and competence.

She is very compassionate but does not have the drive to back up her claim to love going to court. She tends to start strong and then loose momentum. My situation was extremely tough but our client/lawyer relationship fell apart as I felt she was not agressive enough.
