If you are reading this review,your in a difficult time in your life. Like me,most of you, its the first time and its really icky. Absolutely from the moment I met Audra face to face, I knew I had my Lawyer"Mom"... and I am older than her! Her poise,knowledge and authority...most definitely Unmatched! and my Ex had 3 different lawyers! She certainly commands and directs the situation. That is the "Sterile" lawyer part of the review because thats not what I want to convey. I like to be simple,manners,work hard,and love my kids.I loved my wife to pieces but she didn't... thats tough.So Now you need to hear that Audra, the human side, the connect and the voice of reason really helps when you are on the edge of explosion!-you will positively know that your in good hands and can get though this. Audra was great to work with. A go getter to say the least. She knew the ins and outs that my previous lawyers didn't seem to tell me about. With her knowing things so well, she pointed me in the right direction and I have since settled without even thinking about court. Thanks Audra. Before I found Audra there wasn’t anyone I could find to help me stick up for my kids safety and what I knew was right. Doctors, mediators and other lawyers had all told me I have no options but to let my kids dad take them alone even though he was struggling with substance abuse. Audra has validated my fears and helped me keep my kids alive for the last two years and I owe her my world. She isn’t cheap but she is well worth every cent. She is experienced, fair and very knowledgeable. One of the most empowering women I have ever met and am enjoying working with her to keep my kids safe and find a healthy balance for my kids to spend time with their dad while he figures his situation out.

Audra guided me through a collaborative divorce including a child. She was extremely knowledgeable, explaining her reasoning behind concerns, comments, and suggestions. Communication with her and her team was spot on - I always felt informed and even when I personally was not as engaged, I knew they were dealing with things behind the scenes. Audra is very tenacious, and it likely had an overwhelmingly positive outcome on my collaborative process - no stone left unturned. Work quality was great, no issues, and value was worth every cent. Highly recommended - in fact I have already personally recommended her a number of times.

I have used Audra Bayer for both Child Custody and also Divorce. She has absolutely exceeded my expectations. She is knowledgeable, resourceful and she is fair. I would highly recommend Audra. She has an incredible knowledge of family law and the prompt service received from her and her staff was excellent. She was honest and upfront and I felt well taken care of during an extremely difficult time. With her high reviews, and a referral from a mediator, I contacted to hire for a family law matter. Pros? She takes notes on calls and emails that note so there is a reference, work product. Cons? She wasn't ready for our call. What a waste of time and money! Her administrative staff miscommunication and lack of communication. She only mediates so if there is any risk of litigation she's out.

Audra went far beyond my expectations as a lawyer. She was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing through a long and difficult process, but did not mince words when I needed to hear them. She connected me with resources outside her profession, went to great lengths to find ways of saving me money, constantly worked overtime on my case at all hours and while on holidays, and advocated for me with the utmost class and intelligence. Through one of the most challenging periods of my life, I feel so lucky to have had Audra and her legal team on my side. Oh, and she also ensured I was awarded everything that was important and due to me, most notably custody of my children.

Audra is, without hesitation, the most professional, knowledgeable, classy, down-to-earth and compassionate person that I have had the pleasure to work with. From the time I first walked into her office a year ago I felt safe and confident that she REALLY knows and reads the situation and gave me excellent advice at all levels. Audra is a very caring lawyer. She represented my Mother and was compassionate and took the time to make sure that Mom understood what her rights were. She tried to get Mom's case done as quick as possible because she did not want her paying any more on her legal fees than necessary. Unfortuneatly you cannot get the opposition to do the same. She spent many hours making sure she had all the facts and was in constant communication with Mom, letting her know what was happening at all times. i would recommend Audra to anyone.

From our initial meeting, Audra was focused on what was best for the safety, well-being, and future of my children as well as myself. Throughout the painful process of our separation, she helped me to focus on these important issues as well. She is extremely well-informed/knowledgeable, articulate, understanding, and admiringly frank. She succeeded to finalize a separation agreement between my ex. and I as quickly as possible given a very difficult situation in which he was self-represented and thus not able to participate , per se., in the collaborative approach. Audra remained determined, conscientious, and communicative, and put in many extra hours on my behalf to ensure that my concerns were thoroughly addressed, and that there be a fair resolution. After a number of incompetent lawyers i was luckily referred to Audra by a friend and was immediately impressed with her straight forward approach.Understood my situation perfectly and represented me in a fair and professional fashion, providing the proper advice, fair billing, prompt service when called upon and pushed my divorce along, most importantly looking after my future needs . Audra took on my case which was described by all the professionals we used (accountants and actuaries) as the most complicated case they had ever dealt with. The opposing counsel could not understand the nuances of the accounting but Audra did her best to explain all issues at great frustration to us. The case had stagnated for 4 years but Audra gripped it and was able to bring the case to a favourable resolution after just over one year. Had it not been for her tenacity, perseverance and incredible knowledge of family law I would still be in the quagmire of opposing counsel who was unable to understand the accounting of my case. Audra cares and takes personal pride in providing the best for her clients. It was a pleasure and an honour to have her work for me. Audra was the 4th lawyer I have met with my very complex divorce. She is in a completely different league, the PROFESSIONAL league OF LAWYERS. Audra is a mother and obviously a devoted mother and she always has the best interest and safety of my granddaughter and daughter as her number one priority. I had used Audra's services for 7 years prior to her moving. When I first met Audra, I barely had any access to my child. Through her advice, and my efforts, I ended up with primary care and control (and this is almost unheard of for men). She gives solid advice, and she keeps everyone's best interest in mind. A few times our opinions clashed, but in the end I can admit that she was right. I have seen the many lawyers that my ex has brought to court, and all of them paled in comparison to Audra.

Great lawyer & person. Gets work done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Might not reply to messages same day, but she does reply as soon as she can. I used her years ago for my custody case and now my husband is hiring her to represent his cse with his ex. She tells it to you straight; lays out your options and their potential pros / cons. She tells you what you could be entitled to, if you what you're asking for is reasonable and reminds you to think of the kids and that they should be the main concern. I would (and have!) recommend her to anyone who needs a laywer and wants to try all options before going to court. She is busy, but that just shows how good she is!

I was referred to Audra after my first lawyer took all my money and accomplished next to nothing. In 3 months she has done more for me than the other did in 9 months. She knows I have next to no funds left to pay her right now as I am struggling to pay all my bills, save my home for me and my kids and pay the joint debts after my ex declared bankruptcy yet she has ensured me that she will NOT abandon my case because of it. Audra works hard for me and gets things done in a timely manner - as timely as the justice system will allow and my exes lawyer will get back to her. Quite often I receive emails late at night as she is diligently working to get things settled in my case. Audra knows that my kids are everything to me, as are her children to her. I would recommend Audra as your lawyer if you want someone who cares about you, your situation and your kids. She has what a lot of Lawyers are lacking - integrity,honesty,compassion, great work ethics and extensive knowledge of family law.

At first Audra seemed to know what she was doing but then when my legal aid $ ran out she started giving very bad advice. I was left with 2 kids, no child support, and she was trying to sell me on the idea of giving my kids to my abusive ex so that I could enjoy some free time for myself! She's rude and unfair and does not have child safety in mind, just $$$ for herself. Avoid her.

Audra is truly the first professional lawyer that I have encountered, after hiring several others.
