I agree with all the truthful reviews on this "attorney." Dealing with Linda was more stressful than dealing with the actual custody case. She started out with all the promises and assurances you would want to hear. But as soon as I signed on as a client, everything changed. She was very hard to reach and when we did communicate, she didn't remember the issue we last discussed and I was stuck paying her for her time again for another issue she hadn't addressed. While she has a tough demeanor in court, she seems to get confused and doesn't make the critical points to the judge. I've since asked about her to others in the legal field and been told she is considered flamboyant, scatter-brained and known for NOT taking care of her clients. I agree. It was an expensive lesson learned personally and financially. Save yourself and your family and find another attorney. No wonder she's been sanctioned twice!

Linda is the BEST family law attorney hands down! You need someone to take care of business for you? Linda is it! FATHERS who need help to exercise your GOD given parental rights, see LINDA for help!!! We needed someone to go against the worlds most difficult, alienating, and obstructionist of a mother, Linda and her ENTIRE legal team took care of us 110%. We will forever be grateful, and will refer any and everyone we know needing help with their family court matters. Don't give up your fight, call Linda and her team. She is so bad I don't know how she is even in business. If there was an entry for the word "fraud" in the dictionary it would have this woman's picture. If you have even 5 dollars she'll take it, she is so desperate, but guaranteed that the more money in your estate the longer she'll drag out your divorce until all of it is gone.

Linda Risinger will tell you exactly what you want to hear and keep the case running.
For a final hearing on a my family case, Linda shows up and starts arguing points that were not supposed to argued until a later date. It was also an enforcement hearing for my ex wife (who did not show up) and Linda failed to prepare or argue that case.
Linda told me 'Give me 30 (or 45) days and this thing will be wrapped up.' Linda told me this in November 2014.
Linda does not return phone calls or respond appropriately to me. Linda and her office staff a plagued by constant technical issues (i.e. phone does not work, network down, file not found, et al.).
I realize that my case is not very interesting or important in the grand-scheme of things, but this simple case of adjusting my child support payments has cost me over $28,000 in lawyer fees and my wife gets to destroy my relationship with my children with no consequence.
Save yourself some heartache and do not hire Linda Risinger.

She was great if you could get ahold of her but she is unavailable until the last second. If you need her don't expect a call back for days and that's only if you barrage her with phone calls.

I think our being burnt by other attorneys and telling her about those times made her see that she wasn't going to get away with doing the same thing to us too.
