So I scheduled an appointment with Deannas firm to take my case, but the attorney was out on bereavement leave. They told me to wait till I got the final judgement to have an in person consult. Within the next few months I found out she was not representing the other party. I filed a bar complaint I encourage you to review the Oregon state bars decision and before hiring Deanna.

Jensen was misleading and charged too much. They made my case more difficult and I would not recommend.

I concur that this attorney is all about the money. She withdrew in the middle of a protracted custody hearing involving abuse of me and my children leaving me without representation. As I scrambled to get my bearings I discovered she'd filed papers without my knowledge or consent in an effort to lighten her work load even though they put my children at risk! Had I not discovered them and been advised how to have them stricken, my children would have been handed over to our abuser. I certainly do NOT recommend Ms Jensen, and I caution others about trusting her with your well being and funds.

First a disclosure that Ms. Ballou Jensen represented my former wife in what might have been an agreeable dissolution action. Offers to mediate were unheeded. Resolutions by collaborative council were rejected leading to unnecessary litigation, court time and significant attorney's fees. At the end of the day, it is my opinion that Ballou Jensen's "knowledge" caused both parties significant damage.

Better off on your own! In the state of Oregon, the family law system is supposed to work in the best interests of the children. This law office works in the best interest of their bottom line. I hired Jensen-Leibernan to "represent" me in my divorce. Deanna Jensen refused to hear my concerns for my kids' safety. The firm refused to investigate multiple DHS involvement in my ex-wife; and her family's lives. I not only wound up saddled with egregious alimony, I had to pat huge child support to a person who routinely abused my kids and made them fear for their lives at the barrel of a gun. The firm withdrew scant weeks prior to the hearing, leaving me without representation. Thank God I was able to win custody, in time, of my kids. Just in the nick of time & without this, or any attorney. My kids had been subjected to countless incidents involving drugs and violence in the interim. Meanwhile this attorney's agent wants to sue me for services denied -
