I'm glad there is a website like this to criticize attorneys when they deserve it. Kevin MacMurray is a pompous, unethical, rude, dirty. He wanted me to lie under oath and tell the judge my ex-husband beat me and physically abused me. He told me the female judge was particularly biased against men in divorce trials and that my statement would heavily favor me in winning the case. My ex-husband never abused me in any way. Marriage did not work out for other reasons but there was never any violence or abuse. I'm not going to perjure myself and at the same time ruin my ex-husband's life and reputation with lies about abuse. I told MacMurray he is a disgrace to law, real unethical. If he can't win a case without me lying on the stand then he sucks as a lawyer. MacMurray should be disbarred for instructing perjury to clients in court. Very dirty, very corrupt and zero respect.

This attorney, took monies from my father, advised him not to show up to an imperative INS appointment witch later caused my father who's been in the United Stated for about 25 years, and was married to a US citizen of witch he had 5 biological children with and her two children from a previous relationship. He secured an employment I'D and supported all seven children and his spouse financially while he was in the US. Because his English was not very good; attorney Kevin MacMurray wrongfully advised him on the proper filing status, took payments knowing once my dad went the route he directed him in would result in deportation. My dad as been married and still is to my mom for about 25 years now and he never filled for him to obtain his green card so now we are fighting to get our dad back but its difficult because of all the wrongful advice he followed simply because he trusted his attorney and believed his direction was in his best intrest; which is clearly obvious he was not.

This lawyer is disrespectful, rude, impatient and refused to provide specific answers and information to my questions. I recommend anyone seeking help go elsewhere.

First this lawyer doesn't know how to talk with the client, showing been impatient and poor knowledge. In court where I went twice, he sent me other lawyer with 1 year experience in cases and she did a horrible job between filing papers in court and doing any kind of defense in front of judge for me. I asked why Kevin couldn't come and she said this is a simple motion and he doesn't have patience to deal with this kind of motion. My first appointment I asked about retaining money and he said he would charge me just the case value, which I paid in front. In the end of my bill, he charged me extra money for the service. My first consultation should be free, like his assistant said to me, but on my bill also he charged me for. And to complete the history, the papers that I got back from my case, didn't have much work. Few writing and scribbles, and a few resources that he got from internet or a book.
