Hired this guy to get back money from a previous employer had owed. Should of been a easy simple case where a suit was to be filed in 30 days. This attorney just took my money, did not file suit after repeated attempts,finaly after 6 months of not returning calls or e mails complained to the Florida bar. Only returned $1000 back of the incidental fund. I lost $2500 to him and also around $25,000 from former employer due to his laziness. Stay Away this guy is a huge criminal.

Att. Brandt is handling some of our legal affairs now, and has done so since 2011. His fees are on par with other firms and seem fair. He has always demonstrated his competency and professionalism by giving explanations for his legal recommendations and the pros and cons of their possible result. We recognize Attorney Brandt as being a good lawyer.

I've had a great experience with Mr. Brandt. He's been fair and has stuck by me through repeated nasty child support issues, doggedly pursuing appropriate resolutions. Additionally, he has counseled me on other matters and is very responsive to questions and issues that come up. I've had no indication that he is anything other than than professional and knowledgable.

I WENT IN JUST FOR A CONSULTATION ON DIVORCE. HE PRESSURED ME INTO GIVING HIM A $5000 RETAINER BY BAD MOUTHING MY WIFE AFTER I TOLD HIM THE DETAILS OF OUR PROBLEMS TELLING ME I NEEDED TO DIVORCE HER WHEN I STILL WASN'T SURE SO I GAVE HIM THE MONEY. THE NEXT DAY I CHANGED MY MIND AND CALLED THE OFFICE WHERE I WAS TOLD THE MONEY WAS NON REFUNDABLE AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE IT BACK TO ME. LOW LIFE

I retained this attorney to handle a school suspension matter. He simply does not have an idea about the education law nor has any knowledge about the federal law for students with learning disabilities. His only motivation is to charge a $2,500 fee just for sending a couple of letters, which reveal how inept he is. Thank God he took only $1,000, still a significant amount, from me. Please don't hire him, if you want to prevail. I do not know how he is able to a license. He has been reprimanded.

I hired this attorney for a civil matter. He first should have referred me to someone else as he has zero experience in civil matters but he was eager to collect my $2500. My deposition was held in his office by opposing counsel. His admin asst actually walked into the depo twice and interrupted the process. He forced me to settle prior to summary for the court and I learned why - he had no idea how to do the summary. Run from this guy. His receptionist is also extremely rude

First off, I couldn't possibly rate this "lawyer" any lower. Please beware-he's a judgemental, incompetent, lazy, toothless excuse of a man who gives up on your case by the time he's collected every cent you've ever saved. His staff was rude, he never returned calls or e-mails, he didn't show up for my initial hearing, etc. It hurts to believe that my family placed the life of a loved one in this man's hands. He is serving proably 3 more years that her should because he never bother to build a case, much less an argument at the final hearing. He just sat there and did nothing but follow the judge's lead. He could've better negociated with the prosecution to cut a deal for his client, but he never had an inkling of interest in doing his job well. I've seldom seen in my life a person who collected so much money and delived so little.

This attorney is incompetent, he did not show up for a court hearing, the judge got pissed, my wife sentenced to twice what the DA's offered plea ... he will also not return phone call even after repeated daily attempts .. I am not just pissed at the overall result but his total lack of professionalism is unbelievable ... I filed a formal complaint to the florida bar
