I've had three accidents. One from a kid passing on the grass on right and slamming into me. One from a tourist late for his plane in a rental slamming into the back while my wife and kids were in the car and one from a hit and run driver doing an illegal uturn on 9 mile. the first one was clear and I had minor to mid injuries. He got me a small settlement which was fair. Second one, he was honest with me about the way the new laws affected the rental car issue and how though we were injured, the amounts did not justify going to trial. He was NOT paid for his time because there was no settlement. But, he MADE SURE my and my wife and kids medical bills were paid. The last one, because it was hit and run my insurance wanted to fight liability, despite the evidence was clear. I had head and knee injuries. He fought and they upped their original offer to settle. He is a bulldog. He knows his stuff and is honest with you and straight up. Truth hurts sometimes. But he'll fight for you

His staff got caught lying to me and when confronted they told even more lies trying to cover up what I had found out, which is they never even filed important papers they said they took care of for me a week earlier. His office staff is not trustworthy and either is Michael which also didn't do what he said he was going to on my case and just waisted weeks of my time in my case before I fired him and his staff for gross negligence in my handling my case and fraud to a client. I thought you could trust your lawyer and his firm,but I have found out from my experience with hime and his worthless lying staff that is not the case.
