Mr Ellis's lack of knoledge in family law combined with the hireing out of necessary legal research to a out of town research firm left him unprepared to properly present our family law case this combined with his reluctance or inability to recgnoise gross misconduct by the trial court judge (namely discrimination) resulted in not only looseing our case but also our appeal in that the judges decision was not based on evidence and testamony but on his belief and opinion females do not lie, do drugs, leave relationships without just cause, or engage in conduct that would adversely effect a child unlike males who lie, cheat, steal,and are bad parents and do not even know it, or in other words a descretionary ruling that was a blaitent abuse of descretion Ellis failure to argue this on appeal even after I informed him Fl. law states descretionary rulings can only be overcome by a showing of abuse of descretion! loosing my Grandchild! Gave my paperwork to this lawyer for review with a personal promise from him that he would call me when he got done to go over the 8 inch thick file before he made any final decisions about the case. Instead I had to chase him around to get in contact with him and he never kept his promise to go over file with me. Just a liar and I would never recommend him for any legal work since he can't tell potential clients the truth and just waisted my time.
