Stop immediately and seek counsel from another law firm. He is out for your money and only your money. He is not interested in anything that he can't charge you for. Our first consultation was GREAT, after that he pasted us off to another attorney in his office, he didn't bother telling us.He has his own agenda, and it doesn't include his clients best interests. $7500 later and we are back in court with a new attorney for the same MOTION TO MODIFY issues. He tried charging us an additional $2000 for paperwork HE (he says he typed it)typed up; it had our children's ages incorrect, dates incorrect and had added things he thought would be "beneficial". It wasn't beneficial and all these errors took place after our case had been going on over a year. You pay for competence, professionalism and knowledge when hiring an attorney; that's NOT what you get with him.

We spent a lot of money and saw no activity or results.
Chris doesn't understand or agree with our position.
There is little to no communication with him except for demands for more money.
He ignores your instructions with no explanation or discussion.
He appears to be too busy (or not interested enough) to devote the time your case requires. Worst attorney I have ever known. He is a waste of time and nothing but a headache. He fictitiously bills you for services not preformed. He will take your money and give you nothing in return.

We are happy to have representation by someone who executes his job with passion and tenacity and who aggressively fights for his clients. Christopher Swatosh believed in us and our case, and took the fight to them, giving us confidence when we needed the boost. He is awesome!

This guy is aweful. Charges way to much and barely meets with you. Is in it for the money. Office is always hot in summer, cold in winter. And after he looses your case good luck ever getting anymore info. They throw your files in a box and have no filing system! DON'T HIRE THIS GUY!!!!
