Mr. Oberhausen is completely unprofessional, incompetent, and judgmental and rude. He completely messed up my divorce case, didn't care that my ex is an abuser, and tries to be an authority on areas of law he knows nothing about. He seriously lacks follow thru - big bark but not much bite at the end of the day. I didn't pay that much, but I didn't even get what I paid for, and his incompetence will cost me every day for the rest of my life. You could represent yourself better.

Clay helped us to protect an innocent child from her abusive family. I will never be able to thank him enough. He is an amazing man and a dedicated and fantastic lawyer. I would highly recommend him. Worth ever dime.

I paid this man for 7 months/thousands of dollars and valuable time lost with my child. He got me absolutely nowhere/gave me misinformation and very bad advice. He was rude and condescending. He is the epitome of the lawyers we are warned about-only in it to milk you for all the money they can. Zero results. Completely incompetent.
