I hired Riebling, Proto and Sachs for my drug case after firing my other lawyer (who will remain nameless unless you look at the review I gave him on this website) David Sachs was awesome! I was not guilty and was set up by some dirtbag who was working off his own criminal charges. My other lawyer said Prosecutor didnt want to hear it and I was told that I had to plead guilty to a FELONY! However, Dave Sachs took over and handled my case. Turns out, money well spent! Mr. Sachs got the Prosecutor to withdraw the BS drug charge. With all lawyers it really makes a difference who you hire! I went from being a convicted felon to dismissal just because I switched lawyers! CRAZY!!!!

. Anyone, including people who aren't clients, can write whatever they want on this website. My wife wrote a comment about Mr. Sachs on 7/19/12. She hates him because he crushed her lawyer in my Divorce case. She told me she would give him a bad rating. Then I found this stupid website. Mr Sachs is a fantastic attorney and this stupid website needs to be shut down.

never returns calls. bills a ridiculous amount if he actually does call or sends a one sentence email. is dishonest about estimated timelines. sits on paperwork for months before he actaully does anything with it and avoids communication in the meantime.

I interviewed five lawyers for my child support case. It was a complicated situation and dealt with four different states and out of state court orders. I was told by each lawyer that I would be stuck paying under NY law which DOUBLE my payments. They each wanted ridicules amounts of money. But when I spoke to David he confidently told me that he believed the NY case should be dismissed. He spent at least a half hour with me on the phone and he made me feel confident in him. So I retained his firm and within ONE month David got the NY case DISMISSED. I am not a deadbeat dad but the law should be applied fairly. I highly recommend this lawyer. He is also a very normal person. He other lawyers seemed like money hungry vultures who wanted simply take my money and sell me out in court.

I hired Mr. Sachs and his firm for my divorce. I can honestly say that Mr. Sachs (and his partners) made me feel very knowledgable and in control about my divorce and that they cared. Overall, I was very very happy with my divorce settlement and highly recommend Mr. Sachs. While his personality is sincere and nice, he really takes the gloves off when necessary and is not a blotard bigmouth like the other attorney

Zup y'all, Sachs da man. He flattened my felony drug charges down to a disorderly conduct in two months, he is the shiznit! Cops search was bad, Sachs hit dat!!! Payment plan was all good too.

I left a review of David Sachs on 5/2/10 regarding my Qualified Domestic Relations Order. I feel terrible about my review. I was having a very bad day and said things that were not true. My life has been very tough lately and I simply took it out on mr sachs. It turns out that I forgot to mention that the QDRO was prepared abd submitted by mr sachs within Three weeks of his taking over my file. Mr Sachs was polite professional and courteous to me at all times. I fi not want anyone to have the wrong impression because of what I wrote.

Attorney David Sachs should be avoided at all costs. I hired him to prepare a Qualified Domestic Relations Order. This normally takes only a few weeks to produce. It took him over a year to get the papers to me, and then only after I informed him I would have to file a complaint. He then refused to complete the work. Very unethical. Didn't return calls, didn't respond to requests for status. Very bad news. I have had to file a complaint with the Bar Assoc. against him. Find someone else to hire. All ego, no substance. Really bad news.

Dave Sachs is great lawyer. I had a drug case in Tarrytown and he was the best. He answered all my questions and gave the DA hell!!! Everyone respected him in court and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. I don't want to get in trouble again but if I do or my friends do I want them to call Dave. Thanks for everything Dave.

This lawyer took my money and ran. After I paid him I did not hear back from him about my case. He refused to return my phone calls. I was laft in the dark about what was happening legally. And he failed to appear in court on my court date. I paid him alot of money to represent me and now Im out all the money and left to deal with legal situations alone. This lawyer and law firm has zero communications with clients and can not be trusted.
