	2/17/10	1	1	1	1	1	The lawyer cancelled appointments at the last minutes (a day before). The reason was that "they are not ready yet." They expect you to take certain days off from work at anytime and call to cancel without explanations. There were no follow-up calls to the client about the status of the case. I left a message for the lawyer and he didn't call me back. I have to keep calling. I regreted signing the agreement because I couln't switch to another lawyer.
