She told me not to worry about a traffic ticket, she would take care of it, it should be a no-point ticket, she knows Jersey City. My fault for giving her the $350 fee up front. No communication at all, I called the office on the court date, no answer, no voicemail. Some guy approaches me and said Elise told him to go in her place, she had another trial. I asked if he spoke to her about my case, he said no, but he did speak to her high school student office assistant. This for $350??? I said get her on the phone at her other trial - he did, and she screams at me, what the f--- is wrong with me, am I crazy, there's no way I can walk away with no points. Said she couldn't be there because of her other client - I guess I wasn't worthy enough as a client. She's wacked, and a lousy lawyer. At least she could have called me to say she wouldn't be there, and also could have spoken to the other lawyer about my case. Too much to ask for $350 I guess!
