I LOST CUSTODY OF MY DAUGHTER DUE TO HIS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF LEGAL SYSTEM & ABILITY (DESIRE) TO FIGHT FOR ME. Should have been an 'easy' case with the burden of proof resting on prosecution (my ex-husband) to prove our daughter was better off with him. Instead I spent thousands of $$ bringing in people to "prove" my side. We have been to several hearings: from the very beginning he allowed HEARSAY into testimony and NEVER objected. He would rarely 'redirect' for me during questioning, NEVER seemed PREPARED in court, many facts are wrong on legal documents prepared for my case. Does NOT follow up or complete tasks without me constantly calling/emailing (and being charged for communication) - when we do talk it feels like we are starting all over again & I have to remind him of everything (and be charged for it). I feel like Scott Parker 'half asses' everything - he claims to take each case personally but I DOUBT he would let his own daughter be taken in such a terrible way.

My spouse & I consulted this firm for a business contract dispute and potential tort claim arising from a business partner's breach of contract & sexual indiscretions that damaged our marriage. That evening, Scott Parker phoned my spouse urging divorce. He brutally fabricated facts and left my spouse thinking our marriage was worthless. After a difficult emotional struggle that involved both sides of our families (and disrupted our parenting of our 2.5-yr-old daughter), our marriage is solid again because specific/verifiable facts revealed the truth, as opposed to Parker's lies. Do not trust this attorney to promote your best interest. He saw nothing but dollar signs when we entered his office (money damages for tort claim). He gave terrible advice with reckless disregard for our marriage, our 2.5-yr-old daughter, & the fact that my spouse & I are the best of friends & have endured hell for each other to make it to where we are today. He gives attorneys a bad reputation!!!
