I was very pleased with Javier Villarreal. His staff was very courteous and answered all my questions. The insurance was giving me a hard time and did not want to pay my claim. At the end, they finally paid the policy limits but I had a lot of medical bills. Mr. Villarreal got discounts and even reduced his fee so that I could end up with enough money. I am very thankful for their help and would recommend them to everyone.

This attorney overpaid all my medical bills and charged 35% fees. After doing a thorough investigation of reasonable and customary fees in the area he overpaid all doctors at full over and above reasonable and customary fees. The company he uses for pharmacy related charges "RECEPT" charged me $1100.00 for prescriptions totaling about $350-$400. Mr Villarreal defended them until I showed him proof. Out of a $50,000.00 settlement he had the audacity to try and settle me to take only $1200.00 in my pocket. I did all the investigation, waited 11 months for him to respond. I met him 1 time and that was to tell him he was charging me too much and to prove to him that he overpaid all my bills. Be careful of who you hire. The going rate to hire an attorney for personal injury is 33 1/3% Hire someone who is will know that someone they are doing business with is overcharging his clients. Do your homework. Dont hire anyone without investigating.
