If there was a rating worse that 1, I would give it. Lee Aquista was hired to handle my mother's estate and he failed miserably. I was unable to reach him. He did not return calls or respond to any communications, failed to file appropriate paperwork and taxes is timely manner, I could go on. It was very unprofessional. Later when another law firm took over to settle the client accounts when he was disciplined, I found several checks issued to the estate that he never forwarded on to be cashed as part of the estate. An utter mess.
