He did not call additional witnesses, enter into evidence the stacks of papers that we had proving our innocence, and completely underestimated the person suing us & the jury. It was very clear that we were innocent & the case was on the very edge of being thrown out completely because of it's falsehood - this made Jim overconfident & he was extremely sloppy, which translated into his handling of our case. Beware!
