A contractor did terrible work on our home and then put a lien on the home because we wanted things repaired. I cannot believe that anyone can just file papers and put a lien on anyone's home using such lies. A relative gave us Mr. Dupras name and we were very pleased with the service.
He gave us a price in writing for his total fees so we knew the cost upfront. We know people who used a lawyer and then months later get a bill for tens of thousands of dollars more than they expected.
The courts took longer to deal with then we wanted because the contractor played games, lied to the court, changed his lawyer.
Mr. Dupras explained to us not give in to these tactics by settling with this criminal and finally the lien was removed and we got a court order against the the man that owns the company. Would highly recommend his services.

Harvey is a right attitude kind of lawyer. think of him as a "pitbull". his strength is in construction law, and is worthwhile considering using in a few other areas as well. loyal to you if you pay him on time and don't try to dupe him on his fees. good at intimidating opponents and fees are reasonable (he may be getting too busy, and this i think will affect his quality of work...he needs to hire help!).
