Mr. Panitch has represented both my business and myself in a frivilous complaint that was settled to great satifaction with it being dismissed with prejudice. He has also helped us to collect on receivables for services with clients who refused to pay.

Over the past 5 years, Mr. Panitch has represented me in both a Civil matter as well as a Matrimonial matter. I have found him to be unbelievably caring in his demeanor as well as being extremely knowledgable about the law. I have personally referred several people to him based on my experiences and each of them is just as pleased. I would recommend Mr. Panitch to represent anyone I know.

Extremely poor representation in a simple divorce; No communication except when he wants more money, several missed deadlines and just does not care once he has your retainer. Is a good salesperson to that point though. There are much, much better lawyers in the area who charge less and will work for you rather than just drain your wallet. He seems very inexperienced at law and has been admonished by judges on the public record for poor performance - search this for yourself and put some thought into your decision before retaining him.
