She litigates and relitigates everything even when you tell her to stop it. She does what she wants. She will put a lien on your house like she's done to others in the past with no results. She just transfers your money to her.

I had to drop her like a cold potato. She ruined my case, wasted my time and money. I wish I never met her. She will charge you through the roof for no reason. She is Unethical.

After getting nowhere for a year with the first attorney I hired , I went for a consultation with Susan R. Winters. After hearing my situation, she asked me some pointed questions and then said, "Now go on with you life. I've got this." And she did. Susan settled my divorce in several weeks, after having gone round and round with the first attorney for more than a year. The settlement she negotiated was exactly what my first attorney told me I would never get. She did all of this with a smile and complete professionalism. You can tell that she is well-respected by the courts and other attorneys. Not only did she provide legal guidance and representation, but she also provided much needed moral support. Since my divorce, I have referred her to friends - each has come back and told me how thrilled they were with Susan. She's responsive, resourceful, expert and will put the hardship behind you quickly, with the best possible outcome. Her fees wound up being less than my first attorney!

She appears nice as long as you have money. One of characteristics of a good lawyer is ability financially manage the case to avoid bankrupting the client. Ms. Winters will not hesitate to run your legal fees through the roof and when you out of money she will abandon your case. Don’t even think of hiring this lawyer.
