At first I thought he was the worst lawyer in all of Dallas. But now I know there are worse lawyers than Mike Rubin. He has too many cases and his staff is incompetent. They made many mistakes including on court order etc. We had to go back to court many times to plead to correct errors that were made by he and his staff. I will say this he got me monetary support. At times he gave some concessions on payment, but he always threatened to withdraw if not paid. Finally, after one too many unnecessary hearings he withdrew from the case. He was a firecracker in the courtroom, but lacked in alot of the simple administrative, communications areas. Not sure if I'd refer him to anyone but he maynot completely destroy your case.

The office legal assistants never return calls or emails. I had to threaten many times to fire them before any progress was made and even then little to know communication was made. After I demanded my retainer back (minus expenses) Michael himself finally contacted me, but it was only through texts.
