I too was duped by Sarah H Dennis. She took the money and did nothing, If I had not kept on her, she would never have filed a thing. But then she filed the wrong documents and never completed what she started. She was very good at smoozing for sure, always trying to get on another subject, rather than the one at hand. Always makes committments and never holding up to it. Giving incorrect information to me , as to what would be the end result of the case. Lied that she had just completed a simalar case. She begged me to give her one more chance and promised to give the money back if she could not get it done in 3 days. I had to hire a new attorney, and never got my money back. I too have filed complaint with the Florida Bar. MY Advise, do not hire or give her any money to Sarah Holt Dennis, also check Florida Mug Shots. She is there.

Atty seems knowledgable but I rated her BAD because knowledge was not evident in her handling of my case. She took my $3500 which she cashed at my bank the next day, and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on my case. Cannot contact her unless you call and email constantly. Atty always has excuses never any work performed. NEVER presented any paper work to the courts or to me. Very good at smoozing and leading you off from asking about your case. She has never attempted to explain her behavior, she just acts as if nothing ever happened. I terminated the client-attorney relationship by certified mail because in actuality, there was none. I do not speak with her by phone, email, or mail because I TRULY DO NOT TRUST HER. I asked her to return my $3500, which she has not done. I think there are others out there who have felt the sting (meaning duped out of money) of Sarah H. Dennis. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar.
