For me to add a rating, would be not honest for me. I have marked the middle out of respect for humanity not the job and or the person. As typing there is a detailed complaint against John Benesh, in front of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, furthermore, a Criminal Complaint has been discussed with the R.C.M.P., to comment any further is none positive and not of my human dignity. Each Complaint is backed up via a sworn Affidavit which is backed up with 100 % empirical proof. The proof is the foundation for these complaints, they are full of merit. As typing, clearly the Law Society of Saskatchewan is attempting to shift the spotlight from their Brethren and directing the light on me. This is an immature act of self entitlement to which they have grown to enjoy. The Police, Lawyers and Judges are the backbone of a democracy, when each act improperly they must be brought to justice the same way you and I would be. I have the courage of my own convictions I will never be nonfactual.

He has done a few family cases for me and I am very satisfied with the result. He is listening carefully to the client and at the very end giving his opinion. The way he is preparing the letters to other is very professional and efficient to resolve the case. I will defenitely work with him ...

John benesh spent years of paperwork costs to me always saying the costs were in preperation for trial. After pre trial he then said i had no more money for trial...OVER TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND HE DIDNT EVEN GET THE DIVORCE ITSELF FINALIZED....note the first reviewers mention of high costs...and all johns communicating(tons) costs the client more...and back and forth letters,emails,calls,lawyers back and forth...drags out even the simplest letter.my second lawyer concurred....john benesh draaaags out the paperwork and costs. Instead of simply doing whats required straight forward.

Amazing service. Always keeps you informed of what is going on with your file. Rates are somewhat high, but well worth it for the amount of work that they do. Questions are always answered in a timely manner and give enough information to answer the question and expand even more. Definitely would recommend him to anyone who was asking about a family lawyer.
