Has to be the worst lawyer in the city. When I spoke to him about inquiring his services he was very rude, condescending & unprofessional. I am surprised that he is still allowed to work in this field. 0/10 stars stay away from this fraud.

I guess I should have known, my first clue that this guy was sleaze is that he worked at Merchant Law. I was referred to that firm by someone else, before I knew anything about them, and now have nothing but regret. These guys rip you off. Don't make the same mistake I did, do your research. Both Dwayne and his boss have Law Society complaints against them for a reason. They're scumbags.

All the negative comments are true. Save your money, do not give him any money at all. It will disappear within days. If you doubt this comment then you will learn the hard way. Check out the Law Society complaints about him. Probably will have more after this posting.

Never returns calls. Assistant states they never received emails, which is untrue as copies of emails sent are on file that they have been received. Called at least a dozen times and no call backs... even paid the retainer. Waste of time..Huge amount of stress. Not good.Don't waste your money... run to another lawyer.

Dwayne Braun is very well spoken, knowledgeable and competent. He understands that what he is doing may be his livelihood, but it is my life. He treated my case with respect, understanding, and compassion. We didn't win every battle, but I know will win the war. I feel that he is personally invested in my fight and always does his best to succeed. I'm glad he's on my side. I feel very confident with him backing me.he does an extremely good job of putting things into perspective and helping me maintain some detachment emotionally from what is occurring in my life. He enables me to be able to look at things from a more objective point of view. I can count on him to be a good strong lawyer. He never tells me what he thinks I want to hear he's alwayss truthful and honest with me. I feel comfortable going into court because I know what to expect. I am grateful that I found him and that he agreed to be my lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dwayne started as my lawyer, and since has become a friend. He has fought for me every step of the way (and still is) and I have no doubt he will give it his all when we do end up going all the way to trial.

Dwayne was my divorce lawyer. He was recommended by a friend who's sister used him for her divorce. He was fantastic!!! He did just what I asked for. Even tho he said he could do better for me. I only wanted my divorce and my son. I didnt take his cattle, rrsp's etc. For 3 years Dwayne did everything he could for me. Got me my divorce and my son and child support. When my ex didnt pay Dwayne garnished his wages and got me every last penny I was owed as well as child support that came on time every time!

Dwayne is an excellent lawyer !!! He was my divorce lawyer .. He did everything I asked. He got me custody of my son &child support. Am very thankful to him for all his awesome work !! I always reccommend him when I hear of somebody needing a good divorce lawyer !!!

Terrible Lawyer, Takes your money and you get nothing. Never returns phone calls, forgets important meetings, his secretary covers for him, Stay away from him. Or just ask him about all the complaints about him to the Saskatchewan Law Society as he has paid alot of fines and been reprimanded. Just google his name and you can read the complaints yourself. Should have his license revoked. Ignorant and a very incompetant. Do not use his services, You will with less money and will lose your case thats a gaurantee.

I recall this guy telling me once proudly that he his entire training in starting with the Merchant firm was "there's the phone - go make us money".

Unreliable, does not return phone calls, messages or faxes, doesn't forward information to opposing counsel. Not prepared for pre-trial, and unable to find files. Overall experience was awful, almost came to the point of losing custody and child support payments for my 4 year old son.
