I hired Paul before I did a check for reviews on the internet. Now that I have used him, he seems to spend more time on vacation. I have been asking for my bill for over 2 months but cant seem to get a statement from him. His legal arguments are weak and he does not follow my instructions. I was able to find better arguments than he was on case law and when I gave him the arguments for court, he could not be bothered using them. I would not recommend this lawyer at all.

His wife and family members are posting good reviews on his behalf to offset the bad truth of it all. It's true he's always on vacation or golfing. He always has multiple files making it impossible to give 100 percent to any client.

Well If you are looking for a BAD lawyer you at right place!!! Paul Rausch is one of the worst Lawer that I know, he isn’t there for the client at all , when you call and you are looking for him he is on vacation or playing golf or getting a sun ten , he will charge top $ for nothing!! Don’t recommend him to anyone he is a Bad Lawyer . He put me in a bad situation because he didn’t attend court, instead he went on vacation and send me with a letter to the judge to represent him , i wish I know then what I know today and not hire this garbage lawyer!!

How is it possible that this lawyer has two distinctly different ratings? Possibly Mr. Rausch himself is having positive responses posted to counter the negative ones. Mr. Rausch is costly, highly unprofessional, is often unavailable and takes on more clients then he can possibly handle. He does not handle difficult cases well and will convince you that your points are not valid. I would not recommend him.

Mr. Rausch helped me through a difficult divorce and custody agreement. He was supportive, available (even after hours), knowledgeable, and diligent. Further, he made a difficult process as easy as it could be and helped ensure the process didn't drag on. I would highly recommend Mr. Rausch.

Paul Rausch's bill for a 10 month period was approx $98,000. Afterthat had to be replaced from the case since nothing had been completed or succeeded. His bill will eliminate any assets that your trying to keep. Think wisely on using his service. john

This man is one of the best in the business. My family has used him for a variety of matters and we have referred many of our friends to him. He is honest, caring, and is very thorough and professional. Can't recommend him enough!
