atyy whipple failed to perform his duties as follows; brett misreprisented me in a case by negleting to inform me of a court case that was to be heard resulting the issuing of a warrant for my arrest and postponing of the cases resolve. he also was negligent in a small claims case leaving it up to me to file it on my own. i am pursuig a lawsuit against him for misrepresentation and malpractice. avoid retaining him for any reason. he refused to refund any of the 2500 dollars for his incompetence. buyer beware.he and his staff failed to return messages concerning my cases in a timley manner. i have phone records proving this. because of him and his inept staff my life is in limbo.i dont want to have anyone to experience the hell ive been put through.
