Highly inappropriate comments to female client. Rude and short on the phone when it comes to additional questions on the case the client has. It's like pulling teeth unless client offers more $$$ for Advise. I asked for a letter for my mortgage company to be able to start a loan mod. while under the protections of Ch 7 and never got him to write one. Had to have my male friend who referred me to him call to get information on my case. **** comments made to me. Got the BK done but took 6 month and he had lost my credit counseling certificats and forgot to file them twice; and i went myself to BK court without him and did all followups with them myself. did i get what i paid for? No!!!
