This guy was handed a good practice and beautiful old building after the senior partner/owner died. Within six months he ran it into the ground, taking out loans against the real estate and then defaulting on the payments. because of this guy's incompetence, the offices, once free and clear of any encumbrances, went into foreclosure and the office was sold at auction. Additionally, existing clients quickly left because this guy didn't know what he was doing, did not return phone calls, and skipped court dates.Do not use this attorney for anything. Even on his website he claims to be the only attorney in Warren county to win a NGRI murder case. This is a flat out lie. It was the deceased owner that won this case, not attorney Thornton.
