Lorna Katica has provided pro bono legal services and research support to Safe Water Now, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe water in emerging nations. Specifically, Ms. Katica has helped provide legal framework for putting new talent on the ground for our ceramic water filter operations in Arusha, Tanzania. She has drafted and implemented international employment contracts, and has researched, coordinated and drafted public and private grant proposals for SWaN. She also participated in an academic consortium initiative in public health care.
Throughout all of the assignments that she has worked on, Ms. Katica continues to demonstrate dedication and discipline. Her excellent research and writing skills have been critical for the timely submission of our grant proposals. I recommend Ms. Katica for work in any academic or professional environment. She is passionate about her work in health care law, health care economics, and public and private health care.

Ms. Katica is a very competent lawyer. She knows the law and policies, and does her best to represent your interest in court. She is very easy to understand and deal with. She is one of the more experienced lawyers out there.

I do not recommend Lorna she is not a focused as an attorney. She is too into herself and what she enjoys. She makes a lot of mistakes and misses a lot of dead lines not because she has a heavy work load but because she is not on top her cases. She is lazy and wants someone else to do everything. I would not trust her with anything important. She keeps going back to school for more degrees as if that is what will help when she is just not a good lawyer.
