DO NOT USE MICHAEL STAGGS! Especially if you are a father fighting for your rights to your child. He does not have your best interest or well being in mind what so ever, he tricks you into spending more money. Has poor advisement and will royally screw you out of thousands of dollars in legal fees and get you nowhere in your custody. His receptionist is completely rude! What a JOKE! Find me on Facebook and I am HAPPY to give more detail on how he treated us with our family custody case- "Chelsea Archibeque". In the initial meet/interview he acts like your best friend and like all he wants to do is help you, forget it! go elsewhere, save your time and money.

Mr. Staggs was retained for guidance as I had no idea what to do in a divorce. He refused to put anything in writing, even communication, stating that he prefers voice to voice communication. He did not follow through on several motions after initial filing with the court and failed to communicate in a timely fasion. His recommendations provoked negative reactions from my ex resulting in a much longer and more expensive case.
