Mr. Davis is simply too passive and unwilling to fight for his clients. He is poorly prepared when he goes to Court, and rarely challenges anything by the opposing attorney. He passively accepts Court rulings as uncontestable, and seems to shrink from any contentious encounters. Too chummy with his colleagues. Too concerned about his repoire with his colleagues, and unconcerned about defending and fighting for his clients. He needs to retire.
