She stated countless times that she only works part time, yet my statements had outrageous charges. I confronted her about some of the charges and in return she called me nasty, etc.and refused to meet in person to clarify the charges . Kept sloppy bookkeeping,I didn't receive any monthly statements from her for over 7 months after I retained her.After she hired the teaneage former tanning salon receptionist as her assistant, I started receiving monthly statements. I questioned an email from her assistant following the very first statement informing me that I owe fees for services rendered 7 months retro.She refused discussing it Keeps referring me to her part time receptionist/assistant ,former tanning salon receptionist who has no legal training to address charges regarding allegedly rendered services by Ms Herman. Very, very greedy attorney, with very poor communication skills. Never mind the fact that when I had questions regarding some of her alleged services she insulted me

The worst lawyer practicing law in Florida. I think she is her biggest fan when she talks to clients and can't seem to do anything right.

Although I saw this posting,I still accepted a position with her. When you hire an attorney you believe that they will be there and do what they say this will do. Attorney Herman does not! It is extremely unfortunate that she is unethical, unprofessional and wrong in her actions and treatment of her emplpoyees. I resigned and she agreed to send me my last paycheck; however 2 months later, and despite daily calls, emails she still has not sent it. She is treating me as I witnessed her respond to her clients calls and emails - unresponded to! It is a matter of principle to hold her to her word. If she can't pay her a $35.00 bill, what does she do with the money that her clients pay her? Unfair, unprofessional and simply wrong.
