The first few positive comments seems to be of an employee of KIAs. For a fact I know he is a terrible attorney. I was in a car accident (rear ended) since last yr in May and this schmuck didn't settle anything for me. He has no knowledge, no aggression, has lack of communication, everything that can be your worst nightmare as a client....is what this wanna be attny KIA is. He has never contacted me on status and I would always have to call his office and talk to Julie that also is an idiot. They never call me when they say they would...I ALWAYS had to call for an update. The last time I called they said that i should take my case to civil court since that incompetent attny couldn't settle a simple rear end accident case. So again I called and asked for my documents to file and STILL 2 wks later ..nothing in the mail! I WARN YOU don't hire this wanna be attny! You will regret it!

HE JUST TELLS YOU TO SETTLE SO HE CAN GET HIS MONEY AND DOESNT CARE IF ITS THE BEST FOR HIS CLIENTS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF HIM FOR WEEKS DOESNT RETURN CALLS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL
