Wasted our time, got our hopes up that we could recoup some of our loses following a slip and fall in a restaurant while I was 30 weeks pregnant that landed me in hospital unable to walk for 22 days. Mr Lamont asked to meet with us again just 2 weeks before the 2 year deadline and when we questioned why, his assistant told us Mr Lamont is not willing to use his resources for my claim (restaurant being in Hamilton as well) and I should seek out a lawyer in Brantford. He was willing to waste our time and gas just to have us go there to tell us he wasn’t representing us after it was HIS firm that recommended we file a lawsuit!! In case you weren’t aware Mr Lamont, you are NOT more important than anyone else.

Incredibly rude he blew me off as soon as I asked for my own accountant to handle a settlement instead of his lawfirm. Guy might win your case but he will hustle you for as much he can. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT HE IS A SCAM ARTIST

Mr Lamont and his firm were good to me until the end when it became clear that he just wanted his money and didn't care AT ALL about me, my future or my case... If you want a lawyer to be fair to YOU AND YOUR CASE, do not hire this firm...

best lawyer out there my first lawyer lost my file and wasnt sure if she could help. Mr. lamont took care of the bills reassured me and took alot of the uncertainty out of unpaid tratment fee. very clear about the options and gave simple and powerful advice. thanks .

I couldn't believe that I shared my case with this man. He rudely interrupt me as I was talking. He closed his book and said this is a waste of my time go somewhere else.
