I have dealt with this law firm several times and have been impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Everything was handled promptly and to our satisfaction.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. This lady is far beyond rude and self conceited. Her receptionist is also rude and wouldn't help for anything.. And pushed their responsibility on others. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. If this is how they treat their clients then I'm surprised they even have a firm. Hope they go out of business.

poor experience. Have dealt with lawyers in the past and nothing compares to the awful treatment and over charges of this one. Be prepared 1 letter can cost $3000.00. Its disgusting that she prays on people in terrible situations. Her actions cause more hardship both financially and personally. I've never seen anything like it in all my days

Ignored almost EVERY SINGLE written and oral instruction she was given by client to prepare a Will. The Will was so bad and not what client wanted at all, yet she made client pay for it, then wouldn't even give the Will to the client. What a terrible lawyer. Am reporting her to Law Society. Hope her insurance goes up, then maybe she'll listen to her clients.

Said she had to ask other lawyers for answers. Did not reply to emails or return phone calls for weeks. Asked for payment when nothing was done.
