Mr. Howard Dyment is an extremely professional and experienced lawyer. He is very open and honest in his dealings and ensures you understand the process. His office provides great service and was very efficient in getting the job done. In my situation, I was having a property transferred into my name from my mother, who died without a will. With his knowledge and experience, Mr. Dyment recalled a piece of Ontario law that allowed the property to be transferred to me without first obtaining probate. This saved me a lot of time and money! Mr. Dyment was very thorough and found some issues on the property title, including an undischarged mortgage. The property had been transferred twice already and none of the previous lawyers had bothered to clean up the title! He also advised me on some other family issues so I will definitely be retaining him again in the future. I have no reservations in strongly recommending Mr. Dyment for your real estate and family law matters.

Check out the Law Society of Upper Canada investigation and learn more! I am a woman. There were no children of the marriage, and spend over two years in a divorce battle that cost me almost $100,000 and my house. I am appalled.
