Thiis lawyer had us 5 weeks before a medical trial with no admissable evidence filed. I won negligence in the air before the law society in bc on my own. He failed to tell us he did NOT file any admissable medical evidence to fight icbc including brain damage and severe injuries, and never discussed it. I pulled the file from him on a bad feeling and he called me impudent.. now i know why....he was covering his ass not ours and tried to play games with me such as serving me with contempt of court because the new lawyer failed to mention the court date HE had set in her response letter to him. I went to the contempt hearing and refused a further request to delay and it was dismisssed with costs to each party.can be found at the law society documentation.
