He is a fraud. He would respond to you till you are not signing his contract and submitting payment. Won't respond or answer your phone call once payment is done. Stay away from.such attorney.

This lawyer make me waste a lot of time and money in course fees when I didn't have too. I found a better lawyer to work on my case Juan Luis Burgos never return my phone calls or return my legal documents now I have to pay another lawyer again to get my files from him. I really do not recommned this lawyer stay away from this guy. :(
