I could have represented myself better. He is unprofessional and simply does not seem to care about his clients interests. This area has a reputation for foul courts governed by a "good ol boy" system. Mr. Whitney certainly fits in with the disgraceful system that is common. Rolf Whitney is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. He rarely gives opening statements when he should. If he does they are patheticly weak. He often came off as "poor" in his appearence and his attitude/work ethic certainly matched it. It was apparent he had given my case zero attention prior to the 5 minutes we spoke before court was in session. He is unorganized and seemingly dropped the ball in what should have been a merited and simple request to the court. His lack of competence alienated the court and his arrogance is too much for me. I will not be paying Mr. Whitney for this lack of competent representation.
