He comes across as very nice and knowledgeable but he is actually there for the money and if he wins, well great. He is horrible. Do not hire this guy!

I found Mr. Chinn to be very incompetent and very condescending. He was not in the room when a final settlement was being reviewed. He was supposed to be mediating. He had to call in help with the process. Many items agreed to in hand written agreement were not transferred to the typed agreement. Would NEVER recommend him. He could not get his fee fast enough.

Incredibly bad attorney. In practice only for money, I am suing for malpractice.

I'm glad that I only have 1000 characters, because I could write a book (would sound like a Stephen King novel) about my NIGHTMARE experience with Mark Chinn. I've NEVER met anyone who was SO FULL OF HIMSELF, & who thought that he was God's gift to Mankind, as Chinn seemed to. Before my 1st appt with Him, I had read a lot of things (that HE, of course, had written), about his "World Class Service," his devotion to his clients, his diligence, fortitude, hard work, passion, his Christian ideals, his honesty, his loyalty - it went on and on and on.. I thought that he MUST be worth his weight in gold. HOW SADLY I was mistaken. In my experience and opinion, I didn't see ANYTHING - ANY TRAIT, ANY ACTION, I didn't see a HINT of ANY of the preachings from his manifestos. I saw quite the opposite. I was led to believe that paying him $1000's ALL UP FRONT, and doing this ABSURD "mediation" would solve all problems. It DID solve problems - FOR MY SPOUSE! It was an unorganized/unprepared-for FIAS
