John is a good compassionate person and lawyer. The truth is dealing with lawyers is painful. As a profession lawyers all balance to many clients and are slow to get back to every client. But when I compare John to other attorney's he does a very good job. He cares and he tries to do the best with your situation and in the end he has a good understanding of the law and uses that to help his client.

I recommend John Vojta as a friendly lawyer who handled my divorce during a tough time, advice was the longer we go at it the more money it will cost, which sucks but is very true. There is nothing cheap about Lawyers so just remember that before entering into an agreement. If needed again I would use John but in a different mindset.

John doesn’t care about his clients as much as he does about taking money. He promises to call and doesn’t. He doesn’t even show up to court. He is playing on people’s emotional state. It’s his way of making money. RUN FROM HIM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

John is a good attorney. He handled my custody case well overcoming significant obstacles successfully attaining custody. He provided guidance and a strategy that helped navigate many roadblocks. He was always considerate and mindful of my well being in this stressful situation.

He never send you copies about your case, because he wants you to call so he can charge you for the call, even that you are calling just to know about your case... A really bad attorney waste of time and specially money!do not thrust!

Not only was I charged for our first initial consultation, he insisted on gaining my trust and business for life by...not keeping me updated or informed on the status of a(letter for a request for a refund of services rendered) refund i already had an offer from the company and this NEW offer basically i got would pay this lawyer. Not much of a positive result
Don not use this lawyer if you value your time and money.

He does not return phone calls, complete pending matters in a timly fashion, and properly represent his clients. He is not aggressive, has poor communication skills, and show little interest in client concerns.
