Fairly knowledgeable with real estate law, but cannot be trusted and will overcharge you every chance he gets. His fees - title search fee(close to $400) and title insurance fee(close to $400) on a simple condo closing are unreasonably high and more than double of what they should be. When asked about this, he did not offer an explanation. Do your research and go with another lawyer, and make sure you get all his closing costs and fees in writing ahead of time.

Can't say we agree about that first one about Wayne's assistant. She was very nice to us. Got excellent service and will go back again when we sell our house.
