5/29/15	3	3	2	2	1	Fairly knowledgeable with real estate law, but cannot be trusted and will overcharge you every chance he gets. His fees - title search fee(close to $400) and title insurance fee(close to $400) on a simple condo closing are unreasonably high and more than double of what they should be. When asked about this, he did not offer an explanation. Do your research and go with another lawyer, and make sure you get all his closing costs and fees in writing ahead of time.

11/30/12	5	2	1	3	1	i start using wayne to close on my house but then i started to deal with a lady that was working at the front desk for him and let me tell you she was so rud the minute he left i could not stand to be beside here . i ended leaving the office the minute i got the chance. I heard he is great guy but becuase of her BS i will tell this dont go there unless he cans her behind.
5/28/12	5	5	5	5	5	A real estate deal we were engaged in suddenly turned complicated. Wayne Smith used research, negotiation and diplomacy and produced a good result. We were very pleased with the service we received.
