I hired this lawyer for family law what a mistake! Frank Malone kept telling me "You are paying me $5000.00 for a $30,000 case" when it came time to my custody trial his performance was jaw dropping! I lost custody of my children to a domestic violence perpetrator and this lawyer had the nerve to send me a bill for $8000.00 after he lost my children! I have not seen my children since 2-19-12 even though there is court ordered visitation. Then if this were not bad enough the father who was awarded custody committed perjury during the custody trial about federal criminal activity he was conducting needless to say FBI filed charges and a guilty plea was entered. Where does that leave me the loving mother? This has cost me my relationship with my children and re-victimizes me and my children over and over again. I ask is this Justice?

Hired to help with a mortgage problem, advertised that he had considerable knowledge. After paying retainer lawyer burned through it quickly with little or no work product. Lawyer had little knowledge of the subject material. Suspect that lawyer back charged for services not rendered once fired to burn up retainer.
